Justin Nowicki

Justin Nowicki is the current Vice President for Enrollment Management at Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Vice President for Development at the university from July 2019 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for the overall supervision and integration of development and alumni relations functions, including annual giving, capital giving, major gifts, church giving, endowments, gifts administration, records, and reporting. Justin also oversaw the development team, including the Director of Annual Giving, Director of Church and Planned Giving, Assistant Director of Development Operations, Campus Events Manager, University Relations Coordinator, and Coordinator of Gift Receipts and Records. Additionally, they planned and executed development programs and presidential special events.

Before their time in development, Justin served as the Esports Head Coach at Mount Vernon Nazarene University from October 2018 to September 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading the university's esports program and overseeing all aspects of the team. Justin also created practice schedules, recruited new players, and managed the team's budget.

Justin has also been an adjunct faculty member at Mount Vernon Nazarene University since 2018. In this role, they have taught various courses in the university's Department of Education.

Justin Nowicki earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology and Sociology from the same school.
