Douglas McIver

Douglas McIver has extensive experience in both the financial and medical sectors. Currently serving as a Loan Servicing Specialist at Mountain America Credit Union since August 2021, Douglas assists with consumer loan inquiries, modifications, and resolves credit reporting issues while enhancing member relationships. Prior roles include Financial Service Representative, Member Experience Officer, and Member Service Representative. In addition, Douglas served in the United States Marine Corps from January 2018 to January 2024 as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic and Machine Gunner, where expertise in diagnosing and maintaining vehicles was developed. Douglas also worked as a Lead Medical Assistant at Southwest Spine & Pain Center from April 2019 to August 2021, providing support for clinical procedures and patient needs. Douglas holds an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Dixie State University, completed in May 2021.
