James H.

James H. has extensive experience in product management and digital banking, currently serving as VP of Product Management in Digital Product Development at Mountain America Credit Union since November 2016. Prior to this role, James worked at O.C. Tanner from 1996 to October 2016, progressing to the position of Director of Software Product Development, where leadership was demonstrated in the Enterprise Product line, contributing to the company's profitability. Earlier roles included project management in IT, focusing on international projects and system enhancements, as well as client relations and management. James holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Utah, a certificate in Strategic Marketing Management from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and completed the Western CUNA Management School program.
