Amanda Joiner

Amanda Joiner is an experienced professional in family and children's ministry, currently serving as the Director of Family Ministries at Mountain Chapel UMC since June 2019 and a Private Teacher at Mountain Brook Schools since July 2018. Previous roles include Director of Elementary Ministries at Canterbury United Methodist Church from April 2018 to May 2019, and Elementary Children's Director at Covenant United Methodist Church from September 2014 to February 2018. Amanda began their career in children's ministry as the Nursery and Mother’s Morning Out Director at Myrtle Grove United Methodist Church from August 2006 to August 2007. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Music Education from Troy University, earned between 1999 and 2005.
