Blair Fils

Blair Fils is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and academic advising. Currently serving as a Teacher at Mountain Brook Schools since June 2022, Blair previously worked as an Academic Advisor II at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and held various roles at Oak Hall School, culminating in the position of Assistant Director of Middle School. Blair's experience includes a strong foundation in personalized learning initiatives and data analysis to enhance student development while teaching English in Fulton County Schools and earlier affiliations with Teach For America and Charleston County School District. With a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in History from Georgia Southern University, Blair is committed to fostering positive learning environments and improving student retention and success.
