Kristin Joanna Walton

Kristin Joanna Walton is an experienced educator currently serving as a 7th Grade Special Education Teacher and MBJH Instructional Aide at Mountain Brook Schools since February 2022. Prior to this role, Kristin worked as a Client Care Representative at Classic Travel Connection and served as the MBJH Counselor’s Secretary at Mountain Brook Schools. Previous experience includes positions such as Sales Associate at Hanna Andersson, Seasonal Sales Associate at Dillard's Inc., and a Spring Intern at Haddie's Home, a crisis home for girls. Kristin also completed a Summer Internship at Smile-A-Mile, a non-profit supporting childhood cancer patients. Kristin holds a Master of Arts in Education focused on Special Education from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Auburn University.
