Chuck Reece

Chuck Reece has a diverse work experience in human resources and personnel management. Chuck started their career as a Personnel Manager at Lake Junaluska in 1987 and worked there until 1992. Chuck then moved on to Haywood Community College where they served as a Personnel Officer from 1992 to 1998. Chuck then joined Southwestern Community College as the Director of Human Resources and Facility Development in 1998 and held this role until 2015. In 2015, they became the Director of Human Resources at Haywood Vocational Opportunities for a brief period before joining Mountain Credit Union as the HR Director, where they are currently employed.

Chuck Reece earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management from Clemson University. Chuck later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Western Carolina University.
