Kevin Allred has a diverse work experience, with a focus in human resources. Kevin started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Idaho State University in 1995. Kevin then worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Novell, Inc in 1996. In 1997, they became the Director of Human Resources at HCA Timpanogos Regional Hospital and HCA Mountain View Hospital. Kevin held various roles within HCA Mountain View Hospital, including Assistant Administrator and Director of Human Resources/Occupational Health Services. In 2006, they served as the Activation Director at HCA St. Mark's Lone Peak Hospital and then became the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Mountain Division.
