Kevin Allred

Kevin Allred has a diverse work experience, with a focus in human resources. Kevin started their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Idaho State University in 1995. Kevin then worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Novell, Inc in 1996. In 1997, they became the Director of Human Resources at HCA Timpanogos Regional Hospital and HCA Mountain View Hospital. Kevin held various roles within HCA Mountain View Hospital, including Assistant Administrator and Director of Human Resources/Occupational Health Services. In 2006, they served as the Activation Director at HCA St. Mark's Lone Peak Hospital and then became the Interim Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Mountain Division. Currently, they are the Regional Vice President of Human Resources at HCA Mountain Division, where they lead and oversees all HR functions and teams supporting the organization.

Kevin Allred obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Accounting from Boise State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Idaho State University from 1995 to 1996, majoring in Business.
