Robert Kingsford has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Robert is currently working at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate as a Vice President and Industrial Specialist since December 2018. Before that, they worked at Newmark Grubb ACRES from March 2007 to November 2018, initially as an Industrial Specialist and later as the Vice President of Sales. Their role at Newmark Grubb ACRES involved leasing and sales of industrial real estate in Utah, with a focus on the Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County markets. Additionally, they prepared marketing materials for landlords and tenants. Prior to their real estate career, Robert worked at Finish Guys Inc as a Finish Carpenter from May 2005 to February 2007. In this role, they worked directly with homeowners and other subcontractors, managing a crew and completing various finish carpentry installations.

Robert Kingsford, SIOR, CCIM completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at the University of Utah from 2000 to 2006. In addition to their undergraduate education, they obtained two additional certifications. In April 2017, they received the CCIM certification from the CCIM Institute. Later, in December 2018, they obtained the SIOR certification from SIOR: Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
