Cole Willard

Cole Willard currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Producer at Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC since May 2022. Prior to this, Cole held various roles at Flatirons Community Church from August 2013 to May 2022, including Aurora Campus Pastor and Men's Ministry Leader, focusing on leadership development and community engagement. Additional experience includes positions as Denver Community Director and College Ministry Intern, emphasizing mentorship and event planning. Cole's early career features management roles at Bennetts BBQ and customer service at Observ. Cole earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology from Hastings College, where involvement in NAIA baseball occurred.
