Ruth Herman

Ruth Herman is currently the Director of Group Sales Support at Renaissance Life and Health Insurance Company of America. Ruth also holds the position of Director of Individual and TPA Operations within the same company. Ruth has extensive experience in the insurance industry, previously working at Guardian Life where Ruth held roles such as Group Underwriting Strategic Development & Operational Effectiveness, Operational Excellence Lead/Champion, Business Process Architect, and National Manager in various departments. Ruth is also the President of Rosestar, LP, a property investment enterprise serving the Bethlehem, PA community. Ruth holds a BA in Journalism from Moravian University.
