Layton Rogers

Layton Rogers is a Private Equity Associate at Mountaingate Capital since February 2023, following a tenure at Piper Sandler where Layton served as an Associate and Analyst in Healthcare Investment Banking from August 2020 to February 2023. Layton began the professional journey as a Summer Analyst in MedTech Investment Banking at Piper Jaffray from May 2019 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes an internship at Mountaingate Capital in summer 2018, where responsibilities encompassed conducting financial analyses and managing the diligence process for potential investments. Layton also held the position of Account Manager at OCJ Apparel from February 2017 to May 2018, and gained early experience as a Summer Intern at KRG Capital Partners and an Investment Analyst for the Evergreen High School Endowment. Education was completed at Texas Christian University from 2016 to 2020, following high school at Evergreen High School from 2012 to 2016.
