Heather Jacobs

Heather Jacobs has a diverse work experience. Heather started their career in 2003 as a Claims Manager/Litigation Specialist II at Safeco Insurance and worked there until 2016. In 2016, they joined AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. as a Claims Specialist III and worked there until 2019. Heather then joined The House of Wind & Rain as the Owner in 2017 and later started their own publishing company, The House of Wind & Rain Publishing, in 2022. In 2019, they also worked as a Claims Specialist at The John M. Glover Agency. Currently, Heather is working as a Wellness Coordinator at Mountainside since February 2023.

Heather Jacobs completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Counseling and Human Services from Post University from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology and Forensics from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Heather obtained a certification in Motivational Interviewing from Psychwire in March 2021. Heather also holds additional certifications such as AIC, Access Consciousness Bars Practitioner, Aromatherapist, Certified Arbitrator, Certified Sampoorna Yoga Instructor, Executive Leadership Certified, Herbologist, Property Casualty Adjuster, Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor Certification - Level II, and Yoga Nidra Instructor from various institutions including The Institutes, Access Consciousness Bars Facilitator, Wisdom of the Earth, Arbitration Forums, Inc., Sampoorna Yoga Studio, The National Society of Leadership and Success, Centre of Excellence, Connecticut Department of Insurance, Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, Yoga Alliance, and Yoga Nidra Yoga.
