Rick Lepkowski

Senior Family Recovery Coach at Mountainside

Rick Lepkowski has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rick started their career at the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in 2014, where they served as the Director of Major Gifts for the Northeast Region. During their tenure, they successfully identified, cultivated, solicited, and steward major gift prospects, raising approximately $3 million in four years. Rick also managed a regional board of volunteer leaders. In 2020, Rick joined The Lighthouse and Recovery 365 as a Recovery Coach before transitioning to Mountainside later that year, where they currently work as a Senior Family Recovery Coach.

Rick Lepkowski's education history includes a Bachelor of Applied Arts (BAA) degree in Broadcasting & Cinematic Arts from Central Michigan University. Rick also pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration (Executive Program) at Baruch College.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rick has obtained various certifications. Rick is a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) from the New York Certification Board, a Certified Recovery Peer Advocacy - Provisional (CRPA-P) from the New York Certification Board, a Nationally Certified Family Recovery Coach (NCFRC) from the Florida Certification Board, and a Nationally Certified Intervention Professional from the Florida Certification Board.
