Michael DiSalle, MBA, RHIA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michael currently serves as the Director of Health Information Management and Facility Privacy Official at MountainView Hospital since April 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Parallon as a Manager In Training from October 2019 to March 2020. Before joining Parallon, they had a significant tenure at Cleveland Clinic, starting as an Electronic Health Record Analyst from March 2016 to December 2017 and then progressing to a Senior Electronic Health Record Analyst from January 2018 to October 2019. Additionally, Michael had a brief stint as a Student Intern at Cleveland Clinic in May and June 2015. Prior to their professional career in healthcare, Michael was a Student-Athlete at The Ohio State University, excelling as a varsity swimmer from September 2011 to March 2015. Michael achieved notable accomplishments such as being a Team Captain, earning 1st Team All-American honors, and qualifying for the Olympic Trials in 2012 and 2016. their athletic pursuits required a significant time commitment while also maintaining a full academic course load. Michael DiSalle obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Health Information Management and Systems from The Ohio State University from 2011 to 2015. Michael then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Cleveland State University between 2017 and 2019. Prior to their college education, Michael attended Toledo Saint Francis de Sales High School from 2007 to 2011. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained the certification of Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) from the American Health Information Management Association in April 2015.
