Martha Tucci - MSN, RN

Martha Tucci, MSN, RN, has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Martha began their career at Stormont-Vail Healthcare in 1998 as a Registered Nurse, where they coordinated acute inpatient care for cardiac and telemetry units. Martha then worked as a Charge Nurse in the Cardiac/Telemetry Unit, managing staff and implementing new care procedures for CABG patients. Martha also served as a Performance Improvement Manager, overseeing outpatient care operations and leading a team responsible for data abstraction. At MountainView Regional Medical Center, Martha worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical Cardiac Telemetry Unit, providing quality care to post-surgical and cardiac patients. Martha also worked at The University of Kansas Health System St. Francis Campus as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit, where they were responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and coordinating care for acute cardiac patients. Martha has experience in academia as well, having worked as an Associate Faculty/Instructor at Rasmussen College and an Affiliate Faculty/Instructor at Southwestern College Professional Studies. Martha Tucci has a diverse educational background in the field of nursing and organizational leadership. In 1984, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a major in Vocal Performance from Marshall University. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at Baker University, which they completed in 1997.

To further enhance their knowledge and skills, Martha enrolled in the University of Kansas Graduate School of Nursing, where they completed their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree in Organizational Leadership/Nursing in 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Martha Tucci has obtained various certifications related to their nursing career. Martha possesses a Registered Nursing License from the Florida Board of Nursing, the Kansas State Board of Nursing, and the Minnesota Board of Nursing. Furthermore, they hold certifications in ACLS Provider and BLS Provider from the American Heart Association. Additionally, Martha has obtained an Ethical Oversight of Human Subjects Research Certification from the Boston University School of Medicine and Public Responsibility in Medicine and Research (PRIM&R).
