Dale Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale started their career as a Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Arkansas in 1994 and served in that role until 2000. Dale then joined Tyson Foods in 2000, where they held various positions such as Fleet/Transportation Safety Resource Manager, Global Security Manager, and Human Resources Manager. In 2010, Dale became a Complex HR Manager at Tyson Foods and eventually transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources Operations in 2014. After working for Tyson Foods for 17 years, Dale joined Mountaire Farms in 2018 as a Complex Human Resources Manager.
