Dale Cook

Dale Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale started their career as a Law Enforcement Officer in the State of Arkansas in 1994 and served in that role until 2000. Dale then joined Tyson Foods in 2000, where they held various positions such as Fleet/Transportation Safety Resource Manager, Global Security Manager, and Human Resources Manager. In 2010, Dale became a Complex HR Manager at Tyson Foods and eventually transitioned to the role of Director of Human Resources Operations in 2014. After working for Tyson Foods for 17 years, Dale joined Mountaire Farms in 2018 as a Complex Human Resources Manager. Dale was later promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources at Mountaire Farms in 2021.

Dale Cook has a Bachelor of Science in HR Development from the University of Arkansas, which they obtained from 1997 to 2002. Before that, they completed an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Northwest AR Community College from 1996 to 1997. Dale'seducation also includes a period of General Studies at The University of Georgia from 1992 to 1994, although they did not obtain a degree from that institution. In 2018, Dale obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from the Society for Human Resource Management.
