Susan Pittman

Susan is the HR Advisory Leader and a Principal Consultant for MCM’s HR Solutions Group. She has more than 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field with a focus in human capital strategy and organizational development. She has extensive experience in designing and implementing people-centered strategies that engage and unite organizations, working with executive teams to create intentional organizational cultures and develop talent pipeline and bench strength.

Susan is the former V.P. of People and Culture of a large regional architecture firm, and prior to that, led the internal Learning & Development division of a multi-national food and beverage company, where she traveled globally developing global talent and leadership capabilities. Susan’s passion is in creating people strategies that support and enable business strategies and celebrating purposeful work.
