Dor Marcus

Dor Marcus has worked in various roles since 2006. Dor started as a UAV Technician for the Israeli Air Force in 2006, followed by a role as a C private teacher in 2010. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Programmer for BioExplorers Ltd., a System Engineer for Biosense medical Ltd., and a Programmer for Ben Gurion University of the Negev. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Firmware Engineer for Mellanox Technologies, and from 2016 to 2019 as a SW Engineer for Mellanox Federal Systems, LLC. Dor then worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Giraffic, Inc. from 2018 to 2019, and currently serves as a Backend team leader for MOV.AI - The Robotics Engine Platform\u2122 since 2021.

Dor Marcus has a varied educational background, beginning with Aviv High School from 2001-2004. Dor then attended ORT Hermelin College from 2004-2006, where they obtained a Practical Engineer (P.E) in Mechanical Engineering (Majoring in Mechatronics). After that, they went on to Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2010-2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Most recently, Dor Marcus is currently enrolled at Tel Aviv University, where they are pursuing a Master of Science - MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and is expected to complete the degree in 2023. In addition to their formal education, Dor Marcus has obtained certifications from Udemy in ROS for Beginners: Basics, Motion, and OpenCV (2021), Machine Learning A-Z\u2122: Hands-On Python & R In Data Science (2019), and Deep Learning A-Z\u2122: Hands-On Artificial Neural Networks (2019).
