Morgan Lanno

Morgan Lanno is an accomplished professional in talent development and learning, currently serving as the Director of Talent Development at Movable Ink since 2018. Prior to this role, Morgan held positions at Tiffany & Co. focusing on global leadership development and organizational effectiveness from 2016 to 2018, and contributed to learning and development at Ogilvy in 2016. Morgan's experience also includes a seven-year tenure at Macy's in learning and organizational development from 2009 to 2016, and earlier work in marketing communications at Claire's from 2007 to 2009. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Communication from Emerson College, earned between 2003 and 2007.
