Bas Mooij

Bas Mooij MA is a seasoned professional in archaeology, holding a master's degree from the University of Groningen and a bachelor's degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Currently serving as a Senior KNA archeoloog, Senior KNA Prospector, and Senior KNA Specialist Materialen en depotbeheerder at Movares since July 2025, Bas has accumulated extensive experience in the field. Prior roles include multiple senior positions at MUG Ingenieursbureau from April 2019 to July 2025, and positions such as Junior archeoloog and Junior Projectmedewerker at other organizations. Additional experience includes work at ANWB and various internships related to archaeology.
