Adriano Herdman

Adriano Herdman is the Co-Founder of Move, a company that deploys expert in-house talent acquisition squads to fast scaling companies. Previously, Adriano has worked as a Talent Advisor via MOVE at various companies such as Monese, LaunchDarkly, SeedLegals, and Farewill. Prior to that, Adriano had roles as an English Teacher at RMIT University, Senior Consultant User Experience at NAKAMA, and recruitment consultant in user experience at Aquent. With a BA in Social Psychology from the University of Sussex, Adriano has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment consultancy.
