Bulent Tastan

Bulent Tastan is a prominent figure in the blockchain and software engineering sectors, currently serving as the Founder of Moved Network, an Ethereum layer-2 blockchain platform, since November 2023. Bulent is also a member of the Blockchain Game Alliance as of April 2023. Previously, Bulent founded and served as CEO of Immerse, an audio-only language exchange platform, from June 2021 to April 2022, and co-founded Planogy, where Bulent worked as CEO/CTO from September 2018 to June 2021, focusing on enhancing software engineering processes. Additional experience includes roles as a Senior Software Engineer at Chomp, a Software Engineer at Meta and Amazon, and co-founding Adpogo as CTO. Bulent holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science from Boğaziçi University.
