Ea Valjevac has held a variety of roles in the customer experience and administrative fields since 2000. In 2000, they began their career as a Graphic Designer for Bluehouse Group. In 2002, they moved on to Gallagher, Flynn & Co. as an Executive Secretary, where they were responsible for office management, word processing, and interoffice schedule coordination. In 2006, they became an Administrative Coordinator for the Vermont Center for Emerging Technologies, where they were responsible for administrative records, comprehensive marketing, financial reporting, contracting with vendors, property and lease management, meetings facilitation, organizing speaker programs, workshops, and committee development. In 2007, they were promoted to Account Manager for Select Design, where they worked with clients to provide innovative solutions to their brand needs. In 2010, they became a Media Analyst/Account Manager for Barrington Media Group, where they studied markets to promote particular business campaigns and monitored interactions between clients' products and their media. In 2013, they became a Customer Experience Ace for HotelTonight, where they were responsible for multi-tasking over a variety of communication channels to provide a flawless customer experience. In 2019, they became the Manager of Customer Experience for Moved, where they were responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers via in-app chat, email and phone support, and handling and maintaining seamless communication between Moved, vendors and customers.
Ea Valjevac attended Champlain College from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an A.S. in Multimedia & Graphic Design. They then attended the University of Vermont from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a B.A. in Psychology.
