TJ McGinnity serves as the Vice President of Customer Operations at Libra Solutions since January 2023, after holding the position of Director of Customer Success at Autobooks from October 2021 to December 2022. Prior to this, TJ accumulated over a decade of experience at Huntington National Bank, where roles included Vice President of Customer Service Center Operations, Vice President and Senior Manager of Contact Center/Program Manager, and Assistant Vice President, Branch Manager.
