Rico Depaolis

Rico DePaolis has a diverse work experience history. Rico currently holds the role of Director of Business Development at MoveEV, an AI-powered EV transition platform. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Memfault and BluePallet. At BluePallet, they were responsible for acquiring new clients and building the Business Development function from scratch. Before that, Rico worked at Motus, where they managed and developed a team of Business Development Representatives and achieved outstanding sales results. Rico also worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Rise Above Basketball and held various supervisory and coaching roles at Bentley University and Stonehill College.

Rico DePaolis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology-General from Framingham State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Rico later pursued a Master's degree in Sports Management at Lasell University, which they completed from 2015 to 2017.
