Daniel Said

Daniel Said has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Daniel started their career in 2017 as a Welder at AECOM, gaining experience in welding and fabrication techniques in the oil sands industry. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Partner Project Manager at Planned, where they focused on project implementation, cross-collaboration, and data-driven decision making to improve and expand business growth. In 2021, they joined Freehold Concrete as an Assistant Project Coordinator, managing the entire project lifecycle and ensuring client expectations were met. Later in 2021, Daniel joined MoveMate, initially as an Operations Coordinator responsible for overseeing daily operational activities in multiple Canadian cities. Daniel is now working as an Operations Manager at MoveMate, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, implementing best practices, and optimizing performance across B2B partnerships. Additionally, in 2016, they worked as the Manager of Operations at COLLEGE Q, overseeing daily operations, managing staff, scheduling services, and ensuring safety standards were met.

Daniel Said completed their education at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) from 2015 to 2016, specializing in Welding Technology/Welder. Prior to this, they obtained a High School Diploma from Western Canada High School, graduating in 2014. Daniel took general courses during their high school education. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications from Coursera, such as the Google Project Management: Specialization in February 2022 and the Scrum Master Certification Specialization in February 2022.
