Evan Elsmo has accumulated diverse experience in membership and customer service roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Membership Lead at Movement since January 2023, Evan has also held positions such as Membership Specialist and Gym Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as Customer Support Manager at Gymshark and Hotels Specialist at Airbnb. Evan's career began at Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, with various roles including Concierge and General Teller from May 2015 to February 2019, followed by a stint as Documentation Coordinator at Universal Orlando Resort from August 2016 to January 2018. Earlier experience includes on-site program staff at Maryland Leadership Workshops. Evan holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Valencia College.

MISSION To create community, share passion and inspire philantrophy. Founded in 2017, Movement (formerly El Cap) is the largest nationwide network of indoor climbing facilities. Movement is committed to growing the climbing community through a shared vision for outstanding customer service, inspirational designs, and highly engaged communities. Movement gyms feature bouldering, top-roping and lead climbing, as well as amenities like yoga studios, functional fitness, cardio zones and retail gear shops. Each facility caters to participants of all abilities – from competitive athletes to weekend adventurers and families. Presently, Movement is represented in Baltimore, Washington D.C., Bay Area, Denver, Dallas, Chicago, Orange County, and Portland.
