Evan H.

Evan H. has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Evan started their career in 2012 as a Campaign Manager for Heinz for Congress, where they developed and implemented various strategies for a Democratic primary campaign. Evan then moved on to work as a Social Sciences Teacher and Media Lab Director at John Dewey Academy, where they created high school curriculum for history and civilization courses.

In 2015, Evan took on the role of National Political Director at Run for America, where they designed electoral and public affairs strategies for a bipartisan slate of House of Representatives candidates. Evan also managed data and media vendors and consultants.

Evan's next role was as National Field Organizing Manager at the National Audubon Society in 2016. Here, they managed organizers in advocacy campaigns to protect birds and the environment, and developed grassroots public affairs strategies.

In 2018, Evan joined Kangaroo as the Sr. Vice President - Growth Strategy. Evan led a team in business development and growth efforts, and designed regional civic marketing campaigns that significantly reduced customer acquisition costs. Evan later transitioned to the role of Community and Partnership Lead.

From 2020 to 2021, Evan worked as a Data Architect at Ward Circle Strategies, where they targeted public health and safety outreach to vulnerable communities and built a data warehouse for reporting and analytics.

In 2022, Evan held two concurrent roles. Firstly, at Arizonans for Reproductive Freedom, they served as a Campaign Manager, facilitating signature collection and implementing a cost-effective digital strategy. Secondly, at Movement Labs, they worked as an Electoral Strategy Advisor, formulating and running voter turnout and persuasion programs on a national scale.

Currently, Evan is working at Verability as an ESG Consultant.

Evan H. has a diverse education history. Starting in 1996, they attended Columbia University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion. After completing their undergraduate studies in 2000, they furthered their education at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar Ecuador in 2000-2001. During this time, they focused on International Relations and Latin American Studies, engaging in graduate studies. Lastly, from 2008 to 2010, Evan H. attended the Harvard Kennedy School, where they pursued a two-year Master's in Public Administration (MPA) degree with a specialization in Political Advocacy and Leadership.
