Doug Scott

Doug Scott began their career in 1989 with Aim Executive as their first Researcher, quickly becoming a top producing recruiter and leading teams out of the Toledo, OH office. In 1989, they also took on the role of Regional Managing Director at The Mergis Group, where they managed the Midwest recruitment operations and was a member of the senior leadership team. Doug remained in this position until 2009. In 2010, Doug became the President of Headhunting Services at Movement Search & Delivery, where they are the operations leader of the firm.
