Ilana Ayers

Ilana Ayers has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fields of content strategy, community management, and social media. Most recently, they worked as a Senior Content Strategist at Movement Strategy starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Community Manager at The RealReal from May 2021 to December 2021. Ilana also worked as a Community Manager at Synonymous and WarnerMedia in 2021. From 2017 to January 2021, they served as a Community Manager at Fullscreen Media. Before that, they gained experience as an Operations & Social Media Coordinator at HitchSwitch, a Social Media Manager & Design Assistant at Scout Design Shop, a Social Media Intern at Klickpicks LLC, a Social Media Intern at JARS by Dani, and an Online Advertising Intern at RoomMatchers.

Ilana Ayers graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Digital Marketing & Graphic Design, completing their studies from 2011 to 2015. Prior to attending Baruch College, they transferred from LIM College in 2010 after studying Visual Merchandising for one year. In addition to their formal education, Ilana has obtained several certifications, including Small Group Coach the Coach Training from Evolve Consulting, LLC in March 2023, and two certifications from Clarabridge: Account Administrator in May 2021 and Fundamentals in May 2021.
