Lily Randhawa

Lily Randhawa has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2016, they were a member of the Varsity Synchronized Swimming Team at Stanford Athletics, where they practiced time management and teamwork skills. In 2018, they interned at Stanford Women in Design (SWID), gaining valuable exposure to the field of design. Lily also competed internationally as a member of the 2016 Junior National Synchronized Swimming Team.

In 2019, Lily briefly worked as a UX Designer at the Stanford University Graduate School of Education. The following year, they joined Code for Palestine as a Design Thinking Instructor, where they taught high school students how to integrate design thinking into their coding projects.

In 2020, Lily worked as a Junior Creative at Five to Sixty, LLC, contributing to the company's creative ventures through various design tasks. Lily also served as a Production Coordinator for a year, overseeing an international production.

During the same year, they also worked as a Web Designer at Beytna Design, gaining experience in web design. Starting in 2022, Lily joined Movement Strategy as an Art Director, where they conceptualize ideas and produces visual assets for social media channels.
