Chiyomi (pronounced “chee-YO-mee”) brings to this position a background in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives professionally and in her community. Previously, she has participated on numerous DEI committees that helped to look at policy, structure, and professional development in the workplace. She currently co-leads her local area Anti-Racism Coalition Mural Committee to elevate local BIPOC artists and bring art into her community.
