Joshua Carrington is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology strategist, currently serving as the founder and chair of the board at Movement Industries, the first organizing platform tailored for trade unions. Joshua is also a founding partner at ChangeLab, a worker-owned cooperative focused on developing innovative technological solutions for progressive movements. Previous roles include co-founder and CEO of React Polls, head of election technology for the Labour Party, and targeting analyst, where significant contributions were made to electoral strategies. Joshua's early career began at Compuware as a graduate scheme consultant, providing insight into IT systems optimization.
