Amila Alahakoon

Amila Alahakoon is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in esteemed organizations. Currently serving as Chef De Partie at Majid Al Futtaim since January 2022, Amila previously held the position of Senior Chef de Partie at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts from January 2019, having also worked in various roles at the same establishment from November 2014 to November 2018. Amila's career began at Lords Restaurant as Chef De Partie and included progressive roles at Lords Complex and Global Towers Hotel and Apartment. Amila holds a Diploma in Professional Cookery from Win-Stone School of Culinary Art (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka, completed in 2012.
