Kazi Md Mahmudul Haque is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hotels and restaurants. Currently serving as a Senior Chef De Partie at The Phoenicia Malta since January 2023, Kazi has previously held similar roles at Garam Masala Indian Restaurant and The Westin Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa. Kazi's career also includes positions as Chef De Partie at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk and The Westin, and Demi Chef De Partie roles at Le Meridien Dubai Hotel and JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai. Kazi began professional culinary training as Commis II at Courtyard by Marriott Mankato Hotel & Event Center from January 2008 to February 2011.
