Kamila Bobińska

Kamila has 15 years’ experience in investing and advising Technology and technology-enabled businesses gained at blue chip financial institutions in London and Singapore. Most recently, she was a Partner at Argan Capital (Bank of America), where she focused on originating and managing Private Equity transactions in the Technology sector.

Alongside her career in Financial Services, Kamila pursued her entrepreneurial interests both as a founder and angel investor. She is the founder of Alternative Insights (AI company specialising in providing insights for the sports betting businesses, sold to GVC) and Railay (software development houses across Vietnam). She also works as a Strategic Advisor to early-stage ventures in Europe and Asia in the fields of Enterprise Software, SaaS, Fintech, Blockchain, eCommerce and Social Commerce.

Prior to Argan Capital, Kamila was a Director at Amakor Capital, an equity hedge fund focused on special situations and merger arbitrage, where she was responsible for sourcing and analysing investment opportunities.

Prior to that, she worked as a Senior Vice President at Citigroup TMT M&A team, Doughty Hanson Private Equity, Deutsche Bank M&A and Royal Dutch Shell M&A team.

Kamila holds an MSc in Marketing & Management from Warsaw School of Economics. She is fluent in Polish, Italian, French and Spanish.
