Derek DuBois is currently serving as Customer Success Lead for Strategic Accounts at Moveworks, a cloud-based AI platform focused on resolving IT support issues for large enterprises, since May 2021. Previously, Derek took a personal sabbatical after working at Okta, Inc. as Regional Manager for Customer Success West and Senior Customer Success Manager from November 2016 to February 2020, where the company specializes in secure connections between users and technology. Derek's career began at EY, where from September 2008 to October 2016, roles included Manager in Financial Services Risk, providing risk services to financial companies. Derek holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance & Accounting, both from Bentley University.
