Shelby Houston

Shelby Houston, SSBBP, is an accomplished Implementation Manager at Moveworks since November 2021, previously serving as an Executive Implementation Specialist at Paycom from January 2017 to November 2021. Shelby has extensive experience in multi-industry payroll and HRIS software implementation, leading to improved client business efficiencies through effective project management and cross-functional team coordination. Prior to Paycom, Shelby held various roles at Accelerated Claims, INC from March 2014 to December 2016, including Team Leader, where responsibilities included training account managers, scheduling, and ensuring timely payments. Shelby holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Northern Arizona University and a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of South Florida.
