Paul Kramer

Paul Kramer is currently involved in various roles across different companies and organizations. Paul holds positions such as Venture Capital Special Projects at MoVi, Executive Vice President at 180 Degrees Consulting @ Vanderbilt, and Chairperson of the Board of Directors at the Institute for Youth in Policy. Additionally, Paul is the Founding Partner & Creative Director at Next Phase Labs, and holds various other consulting and advisory roles in different nonprofits and VC firms. With a focus on youth engagement, Paul has developed internship strategies for both VCs and NPOs. Paul has also served in educational roles and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, Computer Science, and Organizational Development at Vanderbilt University.
