Ángeles Areco

Ángeles Areco is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in talent acquisition, training, and development. Currently serving as Responsable de Selección, Capacitación y Desarrollo at Movimiento CREA since July 2008, Ángeles is responsible for the comprehensive attraction, selection, and onboarding of talent, as well as the design and implementation of development management models. Previous roles include Analista de Selección and Asistente de Coordinación at Movimento CREA, with experience in recruitment processes, course organization, and coordination. Prior to that, Ángeles worked at Argentina On Line (ARGOL) SA as an Asistente General, supporting fiscal bond requests, and at Cáritas Diocesana de San Miguel as a Secretaria / Recepcionista. Ángeles holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Buenos Aires and a diploma in Human Resources from Universidad de Belgrano.
