Kalina Tchepileva is a seasoned professional in the field of research and insights, currently serving as the Research and Insights Lead at Moving Ahead since January 2024. Before this role, Kalina worked for Dyson from July 2015, initially as Insight Manager - Research and later as Senior Insight Manager. Kalina’s expertise encompasses managing significant BtoC and BtoB international accounts worth over €1 million across various sectors, including insurance, finance, and telecoms. Prior positions include Senior Researcher at DAS UK Group and Research Director at Ipsos, where Kalina excelled in customer experience programs, account management, and internal training initiatives. Kalina's career began as a Research Executive at GfK Custom Research France, focusing on comprehensive survey management and stakeholder reporting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Market and Opinion Surveys from the Institute of Political Studies in Grenoble and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pierre Mendes France.
