Alistair Riley

Alistair Riley is a highly experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in leading kitchen operations at prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Moving Venue Caterers since June 2019, Alistair previously held the role of Head Chef at several notable hotels under Firmdale Hotels PLC from October 2016 to June 2019. Additional experience includes key positions at rhubarb food, where Alistair was Head Chef and part of the pre-opening team for the Sky Garden restaurant, and as Executive Chef at the Pacific City Club managed by Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas. Earlier roles include Executive Sous Chef at Song Saa Resorts, Sous Chef at North Island Private Island, and Chef De Partie at Jordan Restaurant in South Africa. Alistair's culinary foundation was established with a Diploma in Professional Cookery from the International Hotel School in South Africa, complemented by a Grade 12 completion at Plumstead High School.
