Durai Murugan Ganapathy is an experienced customer support manager with a strong background in the technology and service sectors. Currently serving as Manager - Customer Support at Moving Walls since January 2024, Durai previously held the same position at Vajro from January 2020 to November 2023, where the focus was on providing mobile app solutions for Shopify store owners. Prior to that, Durai gained valuable expertise at Sutherland Global Services Ltd in roles as Subject Matter Expert and Senior Consultant from December 2011 to October 2019, and at HCL Technologies Ltd as a Customer Service Representative from August 2006 to December 2008.
