Kathleen Jo DiEmidio has a varied work experience, beginning with their role as a Hostess at Chick-fil-A Corporate in 2011. Kathleen Jo then moved to Archstone, where they worked as a Customer Service Associate in 2012. After that, they held a Community Consultant role at AvalonBay Communities in the same year. In 2013, they worked as a Leasing Consultant / Front Desk Receptionist at Van Metre Companies, and in 2015 they were a Project Manager at Legal Interpreting Services, Inc DBA: LIS Solutions. In 2016, they held two roles, Office Manager & Executive Assistant at Kajeet and Notary Public at the Commonwealth of Virginia. In 2017, they were a Muse - Sales Associate at Kate Spade & Company, and in 2019, they were a Sales Associate at Lilly Pulitzer. Currently, they are a Senior Coordinator, People & Policy at Movista, where their duties include maintaining employee personnel files and company-wide organizational charts, maintaining Human Resource Information System records, and working closely with insurance brokers to ensure employee benefits and benefits billing are accurate.

Kathleen Jo DiEmidio attended Herndon High School from 2008 to 2012. Kathleen Jo then continued their education at George Mason University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General in 2014. Kathleen Jo is currently studying at George Mason University, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, which they are expected to complete in 2025.
