Mekhala Chakraborty, CPA has extensive work experience in accounting and finance. Mekhala began their career in 2000 as a Staff Accountant at Telesensory. Mekhala then moved on to Modulus Video in 2006 as a Staff Accountant. In 2008, they joined Dimension Data as a Staff Accountant, where they were responsible for Accounts Payable, Employee Expense Reports, Fixed Asset Accounting, Sales Tax Returns, Budget Development, Intercompany Accounts, and Payroll. In 2014, they became a Senior Accountant at Intermedia. In 2016, they joined Glint Inc. as an Accounting Manager and Senior Accountant, where they managed month end close for US and International books, Account Reconciliation, Accruals, and Flux Analysis. In 2018, they were an Accounting Manager at Glint, which was acquired by LinkedIn, and was responsible for Glint month end close and reporting to LinkedIn. In 2020, they joined BrightInsight as a Senior Accounting Manager, and Thrive-WiSE (formerly CodeChix) as Board Treasurer. Currently, they are an Assistant Controller and Sr. Accounting Manager at Movista.

Mekhala Chakraborty, CPA received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta. Mekhala then attended South Point High School, Kolkata. Following this, they obtained their Master of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta. Additionally, they were certified as a Public Accountant by the California Board of Accountancy.
