Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and education. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana has focused on promoting organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana serves as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016, and previously operated Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a nutritionist in a private practice and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics and the history of food at a vocational training school. Mariana holds a diploma in Business Administration from Universidad Anahuac Online and a degree in Nutrition and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México.
