Jacek Płocharczyk

Jacek Płocharczyk's work experience includes being a Co-Founder and CTO at mowaAI since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Research Engineer at Allegro from October 2020 to August 2022. In 2020, they also served as a Deep Learning Consultant and Mentor at Nextgrid, where they contributed to the development of Deep Reinforcement Learning Labs. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Deep Reinforcement Learning Researcher at the University of Warsaw, focusing on enhancing Policy Gradient methods. Before that, they were a Junior Data Engineer at GreenSteam from August 2018 to July 2019, where they created an ETL pipeline for marine vessels' telemetric data. In 2016, they completed an internship in the Industry 4.0 department at Bosch Rexroth, where they developed proofs of concept and researched product ideas. In 2014, they had an internship at the Institute of Physical Chemistry PAS.

Jacek Płocharczyk completed their Bachelor's degree in Robotics and Automation Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. Jacek attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
