Miguel Angel Jimenez Palacios

Miguel Angel Jimenez Palacios has extensive experience in human resources management. Miguel Angel worked for General Dynamics European Land Systems from 2010 to 2016, where they held various roles including Vice President Human Resources and Corporate Senior Director Human Resources. In these positions, they managed all HR corporate operations, represented the company in labor relations matters, and served as the Corporative Management Representative for the GD European Works Council. Miguel also served as the Spanish Management Representative for the Central Works Council during their time with General Dynamics. Prior to this, they worked for Vodafone España as an HRBP Enterprise Business Unit and Responsable Relaciones Laborales from 2006 to 2010. Miguel Angel also held the role of Responsable de Relaciones Laborales at ThyssenKrupp Elevadores S/A from 2002 to 2006. Miguel started their career as an Abogado at PwC España - Landwell from 2000 to 2002.

Miguel Angel Jimenez Palacios has a well-rounded education history. In 1999, they attended the Centro de Estudios Garrigues where they pursued a Master's degree in Derecho Empresarial (Business Law). This program lasted for one year, concluding in 2000. Following this, they enrolled at the Universidad CEU San Pablo where they pursued a degree in Derecho - ADE (Law and Business Administration). Miguel Angel studied at this institution from 1992 to 1999, earning their degree in Law and Business Administration.

Later on, in 2009, Miguel Angel Jimenez Palacios attended Esade, where they aimed to enhance their knowledge in the field of HR management. Miguel Angel participated in a one-year Master's Executive program in HR Management, completing it in 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Miguel Angel Jimenez Palacios obtained "The Leadership Development Program" from the Center for Creative Leadership in June 2017.
