Matthew Killian

Matthew Killian has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew currently holds the position of Director of Staffing Strategy at Christian Brothers Automotive, where they collaborate with HR leadership to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. In this role, they also plan and executes initiatives to measure and increase employee engagement and career satisfaction.

Prior to their current role, Matthew served as the Director of Organizational Development at Refined Technologies, where they facilitated the organization's growth and adaptation to industry changes and technological advancements. Matthew also created and implemented training programs for team members across global locations.

Matthew also has significant experience at Christian Brothers Automotive, where they held multiple roles. Matthew started as a Franchise Trainer before progressing to a Franchise Performance Consultant, where they provided guidance and support to franchisees in various aspects of their business. Matthew then served as the Manager of Business Insights, where they coordinated company-wide metrics and analysis and developed benchmarks for store performance. Later, as the Director of Business Insights, Matthew led a team that provided meaningful and real-time data to support decision-making within the organization.

In their earlier career, Matthew served as an Area Director at Young Life, managing and leading an area with multiple ministries, staff members, and volunteers. Matthew oversaw budget management, fundraising, and implementation of programs to impact teenagers' lives.

Matthew began their career as an IT Consultant at BSI Consulting and later at Accenture.

Matthew Killian attended Baylor University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems. In 2016, they obtained a certification in Shane Snow on Storytelling from LinkedIn.
